I'm Ben, glad you are here!

For over 15 years I have supported men and adolescent males in navigating expectations, pressures and stigmas by promoting positive behavior change. With a background in education and health promotion and over 10 years overseeing and directing mental health and substance use disorder facilities, I have been able to walk beside men as they break through mental blocks, identify and meet personal goals, shift their mindset and make positive lasting changes in their lives.

I specialize in supporting positive change in men through the exploration of their uncertainties, doubts and hesitations that are unique to them and their situations. Through this process  individuals are able to discover their own reasons and desires to change, as they are internally motivated to modify their behaviors to create the life they want as opposed to making these adjustments as a result of external pressures.
